more.The audience,engineers and technical in their influences,private sector

design and

 product gurus,government,academics and irrigation board/water user association
 luminaries- found the address very inspiring and liked the fact that Howard is also a
 sales agent in the wholesale business supplying the retail trade.

The training was very insightfull. It taught us about essential points about what the customer is looking for and what makes them decide whether to purchase or not. Since the training our sales staff's confidence has improved and the sales have increased.
The merchandising of the stock is much better and the shelve space improved.
