They are everywhere
They define us
Limit us
We can try and go around them
Break through them
Or give up and let them close us in

But every once in a while
Depending on how hard we have been searching
We find a door and it is open
It is then up to us to have the courage to walk through.
A simple design.....a picture......
Stare at the black dot and move your
head back and forward and see the
design move.
The lesson is that nothing is as it
seems.Perception,Illusion,what we
think we should see and is what we see
real.Our mind reacts to what we think
should be seen and felt.
We can train our minds to react not as per habit but in a conscious way and this will
in turn change the way we react to life.
Sometimes we are just to close to see the
problem or the solution.We need to step away and take in the wider picture. By looking and seeing we can act upon the new information and proceed.Having the right attitude and being focused is the answer to seeing things from the right distance.
